Dear Debt Management Services, this is now the 3rd time I am logging this complaint.

The nature of the complaint : Dont call a customer who isnt in arrears ?

The next complaint will be on mybroadband and a much wider consumer base

So rather, before you delete this, let the CEO call me (I am waiting for her reply
