Unprofessional

<p>I just received a call from Lesedi Letuka from debt-in. He advised me that I was handed over. When I try explaining my case and that Telkom is currently rectifying the issue. He told me that I need to provide him with the name of the person or ref number. I tried explaining my issue so he told me that he doesnt care about my hello peter complaint and just want me to pay back the money then continues to question me story. He cuts me off doesnt allow me to finish my sentance. I need an apology from him. </p>
