Unfair handover

Sad to say but I was handed over by Telkom to Debt -in after Telkom failed to cancel my request for cancellation of my contract. Debt-in is just as pathetic in sorting out any issue. They took a month to eventually phone me back just to say I need to pay the money and that they are sorry, sorry does not make the problem go away, not even trying to sort out the actual problem. In order for me to clear my name I need to pay the money that I do not owe to Telkom. Very unfair and pathetic. Is that how Telkom makes their money?
