they should do better

Rude and nonprofessional service.. you ask to speak to a manager and the agent gives you a snide remark. as much as one wants to get things settled this company makes it a pain. you make arrangements with one person than another calls you about the same thing and talks to you like he doesnt give two rat's butts about what you have to say.. trying to call the company back is next to impossible
