Is this company legit, there is absolutely something fishy about this company. Telkom handed me over to them for a debt thats over 5 years now, I never recieved any calls or letters from Telkom regarding the Debt.

Earlier this year I recieved a call from this pathetic company. I made a payment arrangment, they have been debiting since May this year, i never recieved any statements until today that I requested for one. On the statement they adding extra interest and comission fee which I dont know what is it for every month. The debt goes up instead of going down. Day light *******.
