NOW THAT MONEY HAS BEEN PAID NO ONE IS REESPONDING TO EMAILS?????

In Dec I received an SMS from this company saying that they represent TELKOM and that I had to pay R975 to settle my account in full. I paid the monies on 2 Jan, sent the proof of payment to Andile Gumede, but STILL waiting for a response. An entire month later, I get an SMS from attorneys to say that I have been handed over as I was still outstanding on my Telkom account!!! WHAT A DISGRACE!!! So now that I have paid the monies to Debt-in, they decide to keep the money and pass the buck????????????????????? If no one is replying to the emails, how am I supposed to get my money back??? Make a case at the police??
