No customer service skills

I paid off my Absa credit card within 3months through debt-In, 6 months later Im still waiting on a paid up letter and my debt is still reflecting on my credit report. Its pathetic for a business not to respond to emails and never answering calls, What happened to customer service? I rate you a zero!
