Harassment by Debt-in.

I am extremely irritated with the company as they keep phoning me up to 20 times a day and kill the call without speaking. They dont answer calls when I phone their office to complain. I keep blocking the number and they just call from another number. Thi is harassment, its been going on for 4 months.
