Harassment

<p>I will admit that yes I went into debt however the absolute unprofessional manner in which this collection agency handles itself is shocking. I have made arrangements to pay and on numerous occasions requested that I am not called as I work in a call centre. I get 5 or 6 calls a day sometimes even though I have honored the payment arrangements that I made. No matter how often I request to not be called they all just ignore it. To make it worse today 30 minutes after requesting that calls stop I get called again and the agent hung up the moment I answers</p>
