Debt-In = **** or what?

If I could rate your service it would be - 5 stars. What a mess. I do not even know these people. I get a call twice a day where they ask me to confirm my details which is something I will not do since I do not know who they are. According to them I visited a lab in PTA in 2017, when I requested a copy of the Invoice, they sent it to me but the person it is addressed to is someone totally different. There is no Practice number on the Invoice nor any of my medical aid details. This Invoice is clearly not for me. I have requested to speak to the Manager, Kenlair Nair, over 20 times, I have sent emails for this person to contact me but he never does and then the next thing I get an email saying to contact someone who is never available to have a conversation. Their number also comes up as a **** on truecaller. This is very suspicious to say the least. They also do not care about the Popi act at all. Leave me alone and go search for the person who's name appears on the Invoice, it has nothing to do with me.
