Debt-In NO RESPONSE COMPANY

I have paid up my account and have been sending the POP to numerous emails received over the phone. Yet no response from them i want my clearance letter and my credit profile updated but yet no responses. They are quick to blacklist one for no payment but yet once payment is done you hear nothing. I have paid R3024.00 on thursday with immediate payment. But yet no response. I want a ****ing response after ive paid you and i want my ****ing closing letter and my ****ing profile updated. Incompitent much?
