I owed nhls approximately 73 rand, it was paid, they keep on phoning even after I sent proof of payment multiple times on their email and WhatsApp number, If you try to call their number , automated system plays then it drops, if you see all the complaints are the same , one day a lady called and said I must pay so I told them it's paid so why you calling , she says the system automatically dials clients and they must demand money , I said did you even bother looking at statement before you called and she says they don't look at statement so I told her go look at statement before you call, then she says I see it's paid, I see this company doesn't bother to resolve all complaints but they want to resolve other companies problems to collect debt for them
