Debt In is not compliant withe the precription act!!

Debt In keeps calling me relentlessly!!! It is frustrating how these debt collection agencies harass consumers for debt that is prescribed!!I mean really why are there laws in place when they disregard them! Also they are listed on my credit Profile why??? Seriously is there no end to this!!
