DEBT-in and FNB

Keep getting pestered and harassed by DEBT-IN in respect of a debt of a relative, FNB have contracted these guys to collect a debt. After telling them numerous times this is not my debt and or details. I was told simply FNB shared my details, and I must share the relatives' details or they will continue to call.
