This agency keeps calling me telling me they do not care if telkom has billed me incorrectly. I must pay or I will have a bad record. They are extremely rude and hang up when I ask them if they can help sort out the bill before I just pay. Extremely unprofessional and rude people. They also often call and hang up as you answer.

Telkom had subsequently agreed to over charging by not cancelling when requested and had credited the entire account.
