being Harassed and cant supply a proper statement

I get harrassed anytime of day even up until 8pm at night when i pay my bills and have asked them not to contact me i have ask that they sms or whatapp me ( an option the consultant offered me over the phone) and i have asked the umpting times for a statement stating the exact amount i owe as the amount on the statement on the statement and the amount they say over the phone arent the same. And the statement i do recieve never has their name on just. the emails. so no one can tell me where the extra money is being charged. this to me is very fishy
