Bad Customer Service

This company that acts on behalf of Telkom continues to harass me with spam calls, these agents that work for this company are rude and uncouth continuously harassing me to make a payment. If you wish to solicit money out of me it needs to be done in a professional manner, which this company lacks, these guys are tarnishing the brand of Telkom with their unprofessional and ridiculous demands. They fail to actually find out the reasons behind non-payment and demand the total amount of money within a couple of days, they have no remorse for the customers of Telkom. I will be taking this company further for harassment.
