Misleading information - poor explanation given to us as Customers

I Mamoriri Shayi ID *** would like to lodge a complaint about Dept Help based in Cape Town for misleading me in a desperation manner to convince me taking the deal .

As I speak now I have been talking to them to terminate that contract with immediate effect with them but am struggling to get help - we are now demanded to pay a penalty even though we being misled with their incorrect info something I think it's a *****ing from us as poor people- such info was not disclose to us and no policy / contract documents

How can you demand any amount of Money to be paid tk fhem as a fine where as we are struggling people- is that how they ***** from us as their customers?

No correct info was given to us - and now I would like to terminate this with immediate effect and demand that no deduction/ debit to be made on my account
