Misinforming people for their personal gains.

These people call me and promise to negotiate on my behalf to get my debit reduced instead they put me under debt review. When I noticed money has been debited on my account as well creditors have deducted their debit orders as per my contract. I immediately text message the lady that I was told is my portfolio manager and inform her to please refund my money, she told me I will be charged R2000 for their services which I believe it's ridiculous for the transaction that was done on the 12th May 2025. To fast forward matter I told her that she must take that R2000 from R7800 that was debited on my account and pay back R5800 and rep**** with a what's app text message that my request is noted that was last Wednesday to my surprise till to date no response, text messages not answered and landline calls not answered. That company is red flag to the nation people must not associate them selves with them.
