Immediate cancellation of debt review application

Dear Debt Help, I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my debt review application, which was initiated with your company last week. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of crucial information provided during my consultation with Ms. Zinhle Malawa. I was not properly informed of the full implications of this process, including the fact that: * I will be unable to obtain any new credit for the next five years. * My husband’s credit score will also be negatively affected. * The total duration to pay off my debts would be extended. * My own credit profile would be significantly impacted. Had I been made aware of these consequences, I would not have proceeded with the application. Furthermore, I have made multiple attempts to contact your office. The phone number you provided, ***, keeps changing, and I have received no response from the WhatsApp number, ***. Your inability to be reached is unprofessional and a cause for concern. Due to your failure to provide a full and accurate explanation of the debt review process, I am requesting that you take the following immediate actions: * Cancel my debt review application. * Send official cancellation letters to all three of my creditors.

Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will report your company to the National Credit Regulator (NCR). I expect a confirmation of this cancellation request, along with the cancellation letters, within 72 hours of this notice.
