Gross Misrepresentation by DEBTHELP

My name is Nhlakanipho Alfred Thumbathi Previously I could not get iit right regarding the name of the company. I said SADEBTHELP, instead of DEBTHELP. They misrepresented me and put me under debt review without my consent. The consultant never introduced herself as a debt consultant. She said she is helping people who are overcharged, she didn't speak about being highly indebted Currently, they have suspended the debits but they don't want to totally remove me from the debt review process. No reasons brought forward. The consultant who ****** me is Babalwa and the one who insists that she listened to the conversations is Liam Owies. She did not avail the recordings to me. She is imposing it to me. What is frustrating is that she is not responding to my emails. When it started Nandipha who introduced herself as Babalwa 's supervisor committed to reverse the process, she even said it will take 7 to 10 days to remove me from the debt review process. Liam came in on the 24th February and disregard all what we agreed upon with Nandipha on the 09th of February . She's personal and we don't know each other. NB: My accounts are up to date, I never skipped even single month. My credit record is very clean with a good relationship with my creditors.
