Devious debt help

I only gave that one star to be able to write my review. I was placed under debt review by debt help under false pretenses. I repeatedly asked them if they were from a debt review company and they said"no". I also made it clear that I did not want to be under any debt review and they assured me that is not what they were doing. The next thing I know I get an sms to say that I am under debt review.

I called them regarding this matter they told me to pay 700 to be removed off their list which I did and till this day that has not happened. This has affected my life in a very bad way, now they are not answering my calls and are just blueticking me on whatsapp.

You **** to me and ******* me and now I'm placed under debt review, the phone recordings are there, listen to them. I just need you to remove my name and provide me written proof that my name is clear so that I can claim my life back. This not only has a negative impact on my life only but my spouse too. So please take my name off your list. You ****med me into joining you, then ****med me into making me pay and still now word from you. I have proof of all communications between us. I also have the proof of payment of the money you requested. I will take this even further if this matter is not resolved. To anyone reading this please share some advice on other ways to deal with these people.
