Debthelp bad service

I had the most awful experience with debthelp. Number 1 I didn't get any help from them paid my debts myself, when I checked my credit check they had placed me on debt Review, well after I found this called them to remove me they wanted the impossible a paid up letter for 2017 whereby I've sent the my credit report showing which accounts are paid up and closed and which are recently paid with paid up letters but they said they need a paid up letter for 2017 to issue a clearance. Mind you they helped with nothing I paid all by myself with out their help I'm still waiting for the Team leader to respond
