Debt review nightmare

I had cancelled the partnership between me and them....and they were suppose to stop to debit my account....they did not answer any of my emails or WhatsApp and their call keeps getting cut off....I want them to refund me but they aren't interested at all in doing the right thing....over all don't get involved with this company about the process of debt review they will push you further into debt
