Debt Review listing and Falsely presenting themselves as NCR

These people listed my name under Debt Review without my consent. Now when I try to cancel, they said I must pay R5500 and I paid. Now they’re refusing to cancel and give me the Rejection form 17.2 form. They went as far as blocking any further communication with me.
