Debt review cancelation.

This people put me on debt review, without my acknowledgement, when I call them to clear my name, they told me to pay some amount of 1k,for them to clear me n give me the certificate 17.2 rejection letter. I did all that.tbey send a 17.2 certificate, but when I check m still under debt review, I asked them why, they say they experiencing backlog in the cancelation department almost 4 months.
