DEBT HELP SOLD ME LIES. THEY MISLED ME

The guy *****mer*called Lindokuhle Xhalabile from DEBT HELP called us claiming that they were sent by the government to help to reduce the interest of the customers who are INCORRECTLY overcharged by their banks, He went on to say were are being overcharged for our bond. We asked several times if they were NOT going to put us under DEBT REVIEW because we can perfectly afford we don't need financial help. He assured us that no they won't and the banks are aware of what the government is doing in trying to help customers. We later received an sms saying that we have app**** for DEBT REVIEW of which was a lie. When we ask them to cancel the application as we did not apply for debt review they said firstly we need to pay a cancellation fee of R4500, the other consultant wanted R3000 and the last consultant wants R2000 of which we did not pay and they keep on putting pressure on us to pay that amount. My husband spoke to the manager who told him straight that THIS SERVED HIM RIGHT SO THAT HE WILL NEVER SIGN THINGS HE DON'T KNOW IN THE FUTURE. DEBT HELP is full of ****mers, consultants and managers who are well trained to make business and earn salary by lying and selling incorrect information to the customers who don't even need financial help. I am very disgusted by this company I honestly don't understand how the banks allow these ****mers to be in control of our accounts like this.
