The do not deserve a star at all...they are ****mers...received a call and told them I am not interested in anything they have to offer, immediately after I receive an SMS saying I consented for my credit report for an affordability assessment. What assessment when I am not struggling. What now? Why do you keep on doing this to people...why not help those who need help and leave the rest of us alone?
