Debt Help and DC Partner -Pathetic service

This has been a horrible experience. Firstly, the facts were misrepresented during the initial call. Once I understood the implications, I cancelled the debt review process. I have been requesting the debt review cancellation letter for months with no response. Their number rings with no one responding. We were communicating with WhatsApp, now it is not working. The cancellation was initiated in November 20, 2023 and I am still stuck -cannot use my credit function in other institutions.
