Complaint about Laim owies debthelp ncr 3517

Absolutely disappointed with the service I have paid up all my accounts but I'm waiting for the clearance certificate which they say will take two months this was after a long time that I could not get a hold of them like before, this company seems like a **** there service is terrible and frustrating they do not respond to emails and call are not being picked up. NRC needs to close them down or employ new people I have never been so depressed in my whole life, and Im stuck because if I ask other NRC company to assist they are refused. These people are massing up with peoples lives.
