Poor Service

I have been with Debtgrip for 1 year under debt review. I chose them as they are affiliated with a Reputable Law firm with which they share offices. Big mistake. As soon as you have paid the R10 000+ for their service, all service dissappears into thin air. it has been a constant battle to keep them to the contract, but to no avail. Their communication is basically non existent. They respond slow, they are rude in their responses, disrespectful they adhere to no code of conduct whatsoever. When you sign a Debit order they will keep your funds in their bank account to accumulate the interest using the "we are allowed by law to make payments within 7 days" excuse. But clearly this is just ********* business practise. They do not make the deadlines as prescribed with in the NCR. It took 6 months before my case went to court. And since it has been an uphill battle. And instead of apologising for mistakes made they verbally attack you especially Sumari. There is no Debt STAY AWAY
