Everybody
In September 2020,i contacted debtgrip because of a problem with mfc. They send me the forms to fill in,tell me the amount i will have to pay will be R2285 per month.September 23rd my payment with debtgrip went off. They let me know mfc want more money.October 23rd payment went off.So far so good.Again they let me know mfc wants more money, they send me the debit form,i fillef it in,write the date for debit to go off on the 30th of each month.November R2626.16 must go off,it did not, debtgrip keeps quiet, only untill i have contacted them.I got info and made a transfer to debtgrip's account on 3rd of December, the 4th they must have receivef the money, still did not contact me.December 21 mfc took my car back, tried to contact debtgrip,to no avail, went on facebook, send a message, debtgrip can not help me,they on holiday.Debtgrip made no arrangements with me for earlier payment,i believe they did not let any of their clients know they are going on holiday.23rd December, paymet of R2626.16 went off again. Finally got holf of debtgrip on 11January 2021,ask debtgrip what is going to happen about my car that's been taken away, woman told me mfc was not allowed to take the vehicle. Then also the woman said they,(debtgrip) can not do anyting,i must first get the person's name and phone number, the person who took the car. Then only can debtgrip phone and find out if mfc took the vehicle legally. In my opinion debtgrip can not be professional.I have send debtgrip on Tuesday a e mail to tell them i will no longer be making use of their services, they must cancell me off their system.
