Debt Grip , I would reconsider

They have handed me over to the lawyers, I have lost my Job , last year, and are still waiting on Uif to pay out. I have told them these things , but they as a debt company is suppose to protect you from the lawyers and sharks, I have bank statements to show I have made every month payment to which I can afford. Now that I am handed over, I have send them several mails to please inform me and communicate with me why I am handed over, because the creditors would have told them , because no one communicated with me anything not debt grip or the creditor. Now they do not answer their mails or phone when I phone. It saddens me. To be honest.
