Unfair listing

Debt fresh consultant emailed me copies of letters that I asked them to quotation on bcz I had a problem with wesbank...but same week I decided to give wesbank their goods but today today I'm under debt review and if I want to cancel it I must pay them 9350....for what?I told them I do need their services bcz I'm returning wesbank goods of which I did.....now I can't even apply for loan o credit bcz I'm under debt review.....please help me ......this is a day light *******
