Refund Required

<p>On the 26 October 2016 I enquire about Rent to Own vehicles and Debt Freedom responded and giving procedures to follow. Also they forwarded me application forms stating that there is an administration fee of R750 that should be paid for processing the application. On the 27 October 2016 I paid the R750 via EFT and since then I never heard from Debt Freedom again. I would like Debt Freedom to refund me the R750 since my application was not processed. </p>
