Debt Exterminators.

I was contacted back in Sept 2015 by Debt Exterminators (Gielmie Salie) Debt Counsellor. I was told that the company could help me with my financial problems @ the time. And that whenever I do feel comfortable I can withdraw @ any moment and pay my debt by myself. When after 2 years I tried to withdraw all failed. I then later stop paying them and ever since been paying the rest of my debt. However now my name keep showing that I am under debt review. But what ever I tried to clear my name has failed. The phone number ***) does not work. Email (***) nothing. Please assist.
