Very bad service

<p>I approached Debt exterminators in April 2016 explaining my financial sitatuation. They promised to help but didn't. They took R14 000 from my account for legal and admin fees. They were supposed to give me a proposal indicating the amounts they would pay my creditors. This they NEVER did. They contacted only a few of my creditors and not the ones I needed the most. My account kept getting debited while they did nothing else. Once I figured out that they were not doing anything else to help me, they started avoiding all my attempts at communication. DO NOT USE DEBT EXTERMINATORS. They do not help, but take your money.</p>
