My Balance Is Wrong
<p>I have been with this debt review firm for 3 years. No problem whatsoever. I always received professional help within a short period of time.</p> <p>One problem now though, my PDA statement says I owe R12 564. 94 but African Bank says my debt review is outstanding with R 15 730, 84. Why is this? I really do not understand why?</p> <p>Please assist me and let us fix this!</p>

We have resolved the issue with the credit provider and they have sent you an updated balance statement. The problem was that they did not adjust an insurance premium on your account. This has now been adjusted.
