Barrett Legal SA such a pathetic and hopeless Business in the name of Law Firm.

I have payment agreement for my FNB personal loan account. and I have paid my first payment successfully out of four installments. I have sent my proof of payments to ***. as per their request. I expected an acknowledgement from their side. I have sent several mails requesting receipt confirmation from their end. But No response. Such a painful and hopeless attitude. I don't know if they are legitimate people to contact me on behalf of FNB. I have visited nearest FNB Branch. The manager has no clue. I tried calling FNB legal. they are not taking my calls they say all are busy all the time. No Help from FNB or so-called Barrett legal team. It is very damp situation for me. I have literally sold my belongings to clear my debt. I pray I am not into wrong hands.
