The worst service ever(****s)

This guys will catch you at your lowest moments when you are stressed about your debts.According to me they were going to hepl me pay for my debts by negotiating with my creditors so i can pay less interests,then i agreed.They never tell you that they going to block your accounts or anything but they do any way.Once you agree ,suddenly you joined a life policy called infussion without your conscent,how do you do that and they said they help you for free because they work for government, ****** ****s
