Worst service from Debt Clear SA!!!!!!

I signed up with them at the end of January 2024. They made all these promises of how they will help me getting out of debt. Come end of February i get debited by them and my creditors because they never finished my application. All they have to say is they did send a mail but creditors never responded. *** they did not even follow up to make sure they got the mail or to make sure they are on board!!!!!. 2 working day it took me to get someone on the phone and all they have to say is they are sorry but creditors never responded. im left with no money to pay school fees, food, fuel ect. I will be ashamed if i was you. Offering a service and never following through with it. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! Worst service ever!!!
