Worst customer service in South Africa

Worst customer service ever. Non of their numbers work. Their so called appointed cases managers do not come back to you They do not even reply to any emails. I spoke to them only once in december last year and what they told me has not happened since December. Yet they debit my bank account and nothing has been distributed and not feedback given. Since last week I have sent 6 e-mails, request a call back and cancellation of my application and not a single email has been sent back and no phone call.
