Un Authorised Debit

Hi, on the 19 Feb 2024, I received a call from Ivy Qhali regarding my debts. I listened and after talking with her, I specified that I will read the documents first them take a decision after. Which I did read and did not accept their terms. But on the 23rd Feb 2024 they deducted R5472.00 from my account without any signed agreement from me. Please people be aware of these ****MERS. On the first email they rep**** "we have escalated the matter & assured that they will send me the recording" since I was waiting & after that they are not replying to my emails, not answering my calls. I have even stopped their debit, unfortunately could not reverse it! BE AWARE OF DEBT CLEAR SA!
