I took out a contract with Clear Debit SA and cancelled it same day after finding out that I was sold a lie.

I sent countless to them on the same day informing them that I wanted to cancel my mandate with them.

Soon later mid September the sales guy that **** to me called me and I told him I'm no longer interested he said he understood and that the contract was cancelled.

On 25th October they debited money from my account even though I have cancelled my contract with them. I called them to tell that I cancel my mandate with them on the same day and I was told no you need to reject it on my side but it's a mandate debit order.

They have de*****ed me of R4000.00
