Poor communication

Debt Clear SA has been handling my account since 2024 April; communication was good until I finished paying for the account. My account was then handed over to the attorneys in Feb 2025 since then I haven't heard anything from them, on the WhatsApp number I was given no one responds. Now they try to debt my account again and I keep on blocking that because I do not know why they are no debiting from my bank account again.
