No service delivery but paid in full

What a terrible mistake I made to choose debt clear SA to assist me clear my name, I paid them last year for their services till today I haven't been assisted. When I try to call I never get a hold of anyone it will chaw airtime till it finishes, and if it happens that they call it is only to inform me that my file ha been transferred to another manager, I don't know how many times my file has been passed from one person to the other
