No progress on my case

The service started well till I was done paying they R7000 admin fee. Then the rollercoaster started. When I call the person handling my account is on leave. Then the system is not showing that I transferred to them yet. I even asked for my money back and the gave me the same excuses. I've paid account that have me under debt review status. But till this day I'm under debt review. What's so difficult with my case I don't know. Ajith is being impossible they give me one call and they have tried reaching me. I have to beg them for feedback and now they new excuse is we moving your case to someone they will call you. They dont even call I have to ask after two weeks what is happening.i need to buy a car my job needs me to have own transport and Debtclear is playing games. I about to lose my job because of all this
