Mislead by consultant

The person calling me mislead me to signing up for a service I don't need at the moment. They took money off my account that can't be reversed. I am under Debt Review so I don't have money as it is. I tried emailing no response. If you phone the phone just rings. I certainly can't afford for a monthly installment to go off if I don't even know why it is going off.
