They were persistent to sell me a product and kept on the phone to make sure I sign a debi check debit order. The promised not to deduct with my deptors, but now they did just that and put me in a worse financial position. I hold on between 10-20 minutes when they do answer and held on for more than 30 mins with no answer. They promise to phone me back, but don't.
