I was Sold a Lie

If there was a zero star ratting I would have used it, I signed a service contract with SA Debt clearance on the 12 July 2024.It was agreed between me and Claudine that I will receive guaranteed service level-meaning I will see desired results in the time line given on the letter of service. That is within 60 working days

I have sent WhatsApp messages ,and emails but I'm purely ignored as if my money or our agreement don't matter, I paid my invoice as per our written agreement. I was promised I will at least receive updates once a week .but that has just been disregarded. Claudine this is not what we agreed upon, I am totally disappointed in the appalling manner you handled my case, it is not acceptable. You could just have let me go try people who respect their business and their clients.
